Job Description:
This position will create sales strategies, develop and manage
new business opportunities, and establish executive relationships
with prospects. This position is for a highly motivated individual
with an entrepreneurial mindset. This person will initially be responsible
for generating sales activity with strategic partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop new name relationships
- Engage in business development and prospect evaluation efforts
- Maintain and nurture a sales pipeline
- Facilitate and promote teamwork efforts in the achievement of
sales goals
- Understand and promote our team's value proposition
- Keep informed on new products/services and other general information
of interest to clients
- Maintain the sales contact management system on a continuing
basis
- Attend industry conferences
Requirements:
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong presentation skills,
exhibit presence in individual client meetings, and possess excellent
communication skills. A demonstrated ability to successfully manage
a consultative sales process is required.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of two years experience in
the financial services industry.
- Strong ability to think strategically and creatively
- Critical business skills including excellent communication,
customer negotiation, problem solving, presentation and project
management skills
- Individuals with designations (CFP, CPA, CLU, J.D., etc.) will
be strongly considered.
